 As an Assistant Professor of English at Radha Krishanan Sanatan Dharam Post-Graduate College, Kaithal (1985-1997).
 As an Associate Professor of English at Dayanand Post-Graduate College Hisar, Haryana (1997- 3 Jan 2023).
 As an Associate Professor, Department of English, Delhi University, Delhi (4Jan 2023- till date).
